Aquascape piranha stock, pics

Yeah I was confused at first too, I even called Pedro the day I got it. He said at this age/size they look like this, just like a black but slightly longer. The mouth is a little different and the back is not as high. I have a Peru black(same size) right next to this one. The Gibbus acts a little different its a little more aggressive than the Peru Rhom or at least most of the Peru I've owned. This Gibbus curls its tail up when looking at something or getting ready to attack.
 
Yes the fish is eating alot, it is very aggressive and active. More so than 90% of the Peru blcaks I've owned.

I will set up my tank for the Xingu and take some shots of that one soon.
 
This chart may help tell the difference between a young Gibbus and a young black...

mac, thanks for the all info cuz I know a lot of people want to get those gibbus that pedro has and they all want to know what he has in stock looks like.
Do you have a larger version of the that scanned document? did you find it online or you have the hard copy? either way a larger version would help a great deal.

post some pics of your beast dog, hey jack the gibbus and the xingu's are gone, this sucks, however pending a black mask decision:), plus i found out that the gibbus is just like having a strecthed rhom, so the BM elong my be a better look for me anyway:nilly:

yeah i know maybe it is the collection point because the one i had five years ago had a red belly and red anal fin and was sort of long like a elong, but i guess its to small to tell

is Aqua sold out of the Gibbus and Xingus already?
 
yup they sold them all to you buddy thats why we need tons of pics lol, but yeah i wanted a gibus cause i used to have one and they sold out of both so i got a BM elong
