I know that's why I'm not too key on the gibbus business.
I think this one is more stretched than the ones AS had

BM elong are nice too, hope you do get one man..SA has a bunch of elongs with black tails...probably BM elong as well but not showing any black mask, probably because because they have them in bare tanks.
 
I got a Black Mask Elong from them last month, the things a total wuss. Its 8.5" and bulky and active but it won't even attack a feeder. Rarely even eats anything, but its healthy enough to swim around all over the tank. Very disappointed in its temperment. I names it "Lenny" from "Of Mice and Men" because its just a big wuss. lol

The best p's I have for looks and aggression right now are my 6" Gold Mac and my new 5" Xingu.
 
in my case both my black and blue are eating machines, any my pygo shoal would finish anything I put in the tank :) lovely
 
i never had a wuss bm elong, what size tank he in, do you have a powerhead and some cover? a 8.5'' elong should be in a 125 gal 6ft tank at least, if you want to see why there built like that:headbang2

I though it's a gibbus but everyone told me thats a under fed rhom so i didn't get it. was gonna wait until it gain some weight first but its sold now...damn it...it was only $25...should of gotten it regardless....
 
yeah I'll post em there, I just showin you guys here because they all came from AS. I haven't gotten serious with the picture taking yet but once I establish the tanks and all I will take better ones. I have a pic of my Xingu that Pedro sold to me before I bought it he asked if I wanted to see pics of it and he sent me some so if any of yall wanna see the one I got I can send you his pics of it for now.
