Finally the frame work / welding for the roof is over.. fingers crossed.. and grinding teeth.. i hope the sheets are on today :)





Added this protrusion so rain water or debris wouldn't fall close to the tank..


Some brackets to hold lights..


Our (elusive) carpenter has been working on the frame around the tank..






Will update post laying the polycarbonate sheets.. :)

Looking good. Better do all the fixing and adjusments you can now while there is now fish in there.

No compromises and corrective measures.. Decided to (and work is on) to completely dismantle the sheets and the frame and redo it again.. I actually didn't want it so high.. just wanted a height of 1.5' from the top of the pillar and this was like 3'+.. So we've asked them to cut it up and re-lay the sheets with more supports in between.. A little disappointed its getting delayed but i guess this is worth it than cribbing later.. :)
