Very hard to get "new permit" pretty sure that permits issued have no sale clause.
masone would know, haven't got time to search the regs its somewhere on DPI website.

pic of holding/growout, this is my collection of juvies so far for my native comm setting up my 5x18x14 as a stream type setup with end to end flow rocks,wood,plants for them to go in. Still looking for any odd juvies.

JPs look like they are growing well.

Dudzy, no chance of a permit, you had to own the fish and apply by July or August last year. I had a look at mine, clearly stipulates fish on the permit cannot be bred, traded or sold. You also need to notify DPI&F 14 days before you move the fish...oops I told them I moved about 3 months after the fact. The chances of you getting caught or even prosecuted if caught without a permit are slim to none so I would get the gator regardless.
