With my budget I don't think it'll be all glass, unless I find two 6x18x2' cheap, to make a 6'x3'x2' . An 8x3x2 plywood tank would be nice but then again I don't think I'd be able to afford the fish to go in it

Are freshwater puffers banned? for some reason in the back of my head i thought i might have read it somewhere that they are when i was keen on dwarf puffers. i just saw some puffers at the lfs today

year 12 decides the rest of your life? man I dunno how school is these days (i'm only 22) but year 12 was the most pointless year of school for me... haha

Cast netted the pond the other day and got some nice dovii out of there and I also spotted a mysterious fish in the water but was unable to net him, long body with dark almost black scales.... very strange

Year 12 gives you the OP score that basically states whether or not you're good enough to do what you want to do at uni. Me, I want to be an engineer, so don't really want to stuff this year up haha.

OP score actually means something now? I know of six students from my school that got OP 1's and it didn't mean sh*t in the end. Good luck though, engineering is a good path

In the end if I stuff up, I can do a year of any other subject, be it first year maths physics whatever, and after that year I'd have the equivalent of an OP1. I'd rather do it right the first time, get a scholarship, and get earning money faster.
