It'd be far easier to just use pot scrubbies. Unless you happen to have days worth of free time.

i'd actually do it if i had a sander :P doesn't seem that bad if you sand and drill before cutting the pipe up

hi, just wondering if any of the aussies on here have found the pot scrubbies yet? i found a batch on graysonline but couldnt find them in the few shops i tried today?
cheers.
Cheap as chips sometimes stocks them. I grab them when I see them. Thanks for the graysonline lead - have you got a link???

the link is (was). the auction has fineshed but normally things come on grays multiple times. they are the body scrubber version, but were cheap enough that they might be worthwhile. i saw one at the chemist warehouse for $5.99 yesterday! so 4 for a dollar seems reasonable.

thanks for the cheap as chips link, i dont think we have a store in ballarat, but we get there adds on our tv. must be stores in horsham or warrnambool or something. we do have reject shops, bargain basement, chicken feed, the warehouse and a few others so i will check them out tomorrow.

Thanks - 200 body scrubbers sold for $39 - $0.19 each.

Those look like body scrubbies for taking a shower, not the pot scrubbies for washing dishes which have more surface area

yeah, i did notice that they were the body scrubbers, and i have pictures of naked women from earlier in the thread, but for .19ea i figured they might be ok for someone if they come up again, possibly with a monster sump, where large surface area of each individual piece of media isnt as important as there is a huge bulk.

Check your dollar stores, I found all of mine at Family Dollar, 6/$1.00

I wiped out every store in the greater metro area.
