it takes koi a long time to grow huge, alot more then 5 years. The oldest one was 225 years old and can grow over a meter in length.

i plan on keeping a few butterfly koi in my new 7500 with my silver aros tell me that wont look sweet from the top then hopefully i can get some rays in there too

We have a family friend in Pennsyvinia who has a 100 foot long 60 foot wide seven foot deep pound in his back yard around his garden that has bass and bluegill and some catfish in it but a lone 45 inch long white Kio swimming aorund in it from the prvous owner and this thing must be over 30 years old in that it was at the house before he bought the house.
