Im positive this was asked before but how much sanitred did you use? how much did it cost per unit? whats a unit? what color is the stuff you bought? :)

I would imagine its fairly cheep, considering they expect people to paint > oylmpic sized pools with the stuff...
I think I just posted this a few pages back, or somewhere. I got 2 gallons of permaflex and 1 gallon of LRB. It's $95 a gallon for permaflex and $81 for LRB, so with shipping, around $340.

There Was Some Similar To This At Home Depot And It was $100 For A 5 Gllon Pail
MAKE SURE IT'S FISH SAFE!!!! The stuff you saw probably isn't.

I believe you are referring to Dryloc, maybe not. But dryloc is a sealant, while Sanitred appears to be a rubberized coating, which is more reliable under pressure.
YES! exactly. I talked to UGL (manufacturer of Dryloc and they DO NOT recommend using it in a continuously submerged application. Yes it's been done, but it also isn't proven how long it will last. Sanitred has a lifetime warrenty. Theres very few products that work in this environment. I only found pond armor and sanitred. I'm sure theres more, but the point is that you're not going to find some miracle product that will cover the area you need, be safe for fish, and cost $2.00 a gallon. Spring for the good stuff. Pond armor (no experience with) or Sanitred (Great product!).

Elmer's is definitely my home away from home, and you're right, it is always packed (unless you know the right time to go ;))

Have you ever checked out Seahorse? I think it's in Allison Park.

LOL. I guess. I'm about to leave work and go home and get a little bit done on the project. We're celebrating my daughter's 2 year birthday this weekend by taking a train trip so I'll be gone all weekend and wont get anything done.
