Sorry he passed away a few years ago.

He had been injured several years ago by the alligator gar who tried to eat him. I managed to get him out of the gar's mouth and it took several months for the catfish to heal. After that he did live for a few more years before passing on.

Sorry for your loss, hope you do get a new one though, Clarias are awesome fish.

This is one of my Platysilurus mucosus in a grow up tank. I got three from The Fish Place in North Tonawanda NY August 2011 at about 2" for $35.99 each. If they get large enough I might put them in this tank. I know Industrial keeps a few also but does anyone else in MFK have them?
