  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
looking awesome Micheal!!! just when you think that tank can't get any cooler... it does...:headbang2your the ****!

i hope your feeling better and one day im going to come over and swim in your fish tank...

It seems now the village doesn't care weather it's a non for profit or not. They also don't care that it's internet based. "A business is a business" they say... So no matter what I'm going to have to come up with $175 to hopefully get my conditional use permit. It's either that or move. If the application for the conditional use permit is denied then I'm out $175 and I'll have to shut down Monster Fish Rescue...

It would be a shame if I had to shut down because I've worked so hard to get to the point I'm at now..... MFR is a non profit LLC. State law requires you get to that point before changing over to a non profit organization. The major difference between the two is when you've achieved non profit status donations that are made are tax deductable and MFR will also be tax exempt. Being able to offer corporations a yearly tax write off is huge and could furthur the MFR project in order to create more awareness of keeping large aquarium fish, not to mention being able to rescue even more fish.

that is.....AMAZINGGGG...i wish i could see it in person

Welcome to MFK

I really like oscars too. Had them since I was about 10 years old.

I have a couple in my 15K and they are really old. I have a bunch I am raising for the 15K in a couple of 180's. The pics aren't great but at least can see them (14).

They get eaten in the 52K.
