They have a few black pacu at Newport Aquarium that are the size of trash can lids, they are around 4 or 5 years is what i was told. As far as this pacu, no way. The body shape alone should throw red flags to EVERYONE.

Also have any of your ever seen a elderly person or animal for that fact. Elderly people,ape's,monkeys,snakes, and probably fish do not keep there same body size toward the end of there life.
You all are comparing this fish to pacu's in there prime. This fish is way past prime. This fish would be comparable to a person that lets say 110yrs old.
search the net hi and low and see if you can find a pic of a 100+ yr old human that looks like a 20yr old.
Not going to happen.
None of you have any idea what a 40yr old pacu would look like.
OH FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT'S HOLY!!! The guy runs a pet store he has a big fish with access to all the tanks the guy probably has he couldn't up grade the poor fish to something bigger???? I swear!!! 
40 years is long but in a tank like that man poor pacu never got to really swim or anything its like hes in solitary confinement

They have been mass breeding of Pacu for many years in Thailand. No more reason to pull out of the wild.
