the 70-300mm VR is a great nikkor lens, i've accually had mine for sale here for little while, but have been strongly considering keeping it, for it's range, sharpness and light weight (most of my photography includes walking on trails and transportation in a camera bag).NOLAGT;2317879; said:Ok got a few more questions...if you had to pick one...flash or another lense what would you add to the D90 from Best Buy.
I am assuming the lense that comes with the D90 from BB (18-105mm) will be ok with taking some up close macro like pics. So if lense, I was looking at this one since it seems to pick up where the lense that comes with the D90 drops off.

If you think flash I was looking at the SB-800 but on nikons site they have a new SB-900...should I skip best buy since they dont have it and go for the 900?

Thinking this case for it all...

i don't know anyone who's bought the SB-900 yet, but the Sb-800 is a great staple flash that many people (including myself) use. Ebay currently has some Sb-900's for around $450, if your willing to spend that on a new flash, go for it, sb-800's and 600's are decently cheaper.
