And you would be wrong! I had 3 retics in a 125 for about 2 years. Now they are in my 500 and my female is over 14 inches not including tail. So you are saying you would put an animal that with tail is well over 23+ inches tip to tip in a 125? That my friend would just be cruelty!

I currently have 2 male motoros and a female retic in a 125 but once they start to hit 8"+ I'll have to get rid of em

Grapedinox only ever had 2 in a 125..and her big female out grew that fast. The 3rd she is referring too is my male and he was in a 100 for 2+ years...and he was out growing that too fast.
Retics may be in the smallest breed but even they should not have a tank smaller than a 250.
Please do not put rays in small tanks its just not worth it. Rays are not goldfish and will out grow their home.

I once had 2 teacup great danes

I believe most people here speak from experience rather then regurgitated info.

You have expereince keeping any rays?

Needycowgirl would be wrong I had 3 rays which did include her male in my 125 when he outgrew her 90.
