Bedroom's out of the question then?

yes def out the question

haha, i wish, i just don't physically have the space for a 20ft ISO where i am now. Maybe in the back garden but would need a Chinook heli lift to get one over the house. I'll be needing a couple of containers when i move so the plan is to buy a couple of good ones, do the move, then start the tank build. Worked it out at about 4000gallons with the design i have for a 20ft (other container options and capacities are available if it works and I get carried away with it all and manage to not be noticed by a certain someone:naughty:)

im like a hawk i notice everything

I'll cry. And I was thinking of building you one for your Africans too:(

im happy with my tank ;)

I love this idea. I wanted to do the same thing with a ten footer but it proved to be pretty expensive if done on the small scale. I got the idea form this.

Huge money in that one but an amazing tank with step by step build which is very nice.
OH MY GOD. that ray tank is beyond words, incredible is all that comes to mind. wow

Yeah i have that one saved in my favourites list:D Very inspirational. I figured if i did it all in just one rather than several joined together then it'd be mobile if i ever need to move it/sell it.

I've been reading this great build since the start and it seems such a shame to stop, couldn't you just drain it cover the windows over with some pond liner and still use it until you start a new build. Will still be just as great with no viewing windows and you could keep all your fish
