Yes very good read, now manking an excel file to caculate the amount of prime needed based on chlorine, chloramine, or Ammonia levels, and how much per gallon.

I love excel :D

could be used for other too if the origonal doseage is changed.

So I have come up with a fun little excel file that makes all this cool information really usable. Not sure how to post it for others to use, or if others are even interested.

Great read, so dosing buckets with prime before adding doesnt make that much of a difference? Adding more speeds up the process, is this what that seachem dude was saying? So how long before chloramine would be totally broken apart in a 5 gallon pail?

The reaction time with most water conditioners is almost instantaneously.
