DIY Algae scrubber

my friend says seachem stability is good for seeding denitrifiers
 
It tookills mine about a month. I can't complain though, because it was $5 for a 20 X 20 sheet.

Me either always find a use for this stuff. Probably wont use much though last tower is full and sexond tower is a little less than half full of denitrate i guess i could fill the remaining area of the seco d tower and mix some in the 1st with the floss

You plan to try a protein skimmer? I found one on amazon for $160, and it's good for up to 220g tanks.

I think if i can get even a medium redction in nitrates from the purigen and denitrator i'll be satisfied i still plan on keeping my water change routine for the most part

I'd like to implement a protein skimmer, ozone, algae scrubber, pothos, nitrate filter, and a purigen reactor. I hope to only do a handful of water changes a year (6 at most).

Idk bro. U think thats a good idea long term. What about trace elements and ph swings wouldnt that create a potential ph. Crash not doubting you, seriously asking

I'll buy chemicals for that.
