  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
It doesnt lose its siphion because after it is primed the water is trapped in the "u". It will have no where to go untill water starts flowing again. It does work I have 2 of them right now.
exactly works great doesn't lose its prime and plain and simple it just works
what more do you need
mike

yea you do need it, you use it to pull trapped air out of the tube to get it fully primed.
Its just an airline check valve.

put your lips on it and suck

put your lips on it and suck
might want to rephrase that:ROFL:

If you're scared of fish water you can put a long airtube on it before you suck on it.

yeah - pretty obvious now you mention it! I'm not scared of fish water - I've had my fair share of nasty mouthfuls!

i thought it was funny leave it to you rally to think impure thoughts
lol

do you need the black thing on top? what is it for?

Actually, no you do not need it as long as all of your plumbing is not all hard plumbed. Mine do not have them. Submerge the overflow in the tank to get the air out and then remove it while it is in the vertical position. If you have three hands, just place one over each of the three holes so the water does not pour out. If you do not have three hands, or no one will lend you an extra one, place a cap over each hole until you get it in place.
