I had to one side longer because of the distance to the wet dry, does that matter?

yes it matters.

There is good newsbut
there is bad news...

The bad news is that by having the outside loop lower than the inside loop, it will continue to siphon until air passes the inside loop, causing the upper loop to fill with air. The system will not restart.

The good news is that I don't have to fix it...I mean, it is an easy fix. All you have to do is cut the pipe between the outer loop and the upper loop, remove enough pipe to make them even and then connect them with a slip coupler. If the clearance of the tee is an issue, then you may have to replace it and the two 90's also. You can reuse the vent pipe.

Here is where I made it longer, it had to sit lower than the opening for the Wet dry, will it be okay that the water will need to come back up maybe 2" to get inside the wet dry?
turn your tee to be parallel with the outside loop, then add one more 90 pointing down. From there you can plumb to anywhere.
Keep up the good work

Since you will be moving a lot of water it will be wise to use two. There is safety in redundancy. Just ask my wet carpet...

edit: I was agreeing with rally but was not aware of issues with larger piping...don't see why though
How could I set up two of them?

Also will it matter that water will have to flow up to go into the wet dry?

All right let me see if I understand, Basically I just need to cut this and make everything the same length, and put a 90 on my 'T' and then I can plump that too the wet dry?

to connect two, build the second as a mirror image of the first pointing the tees toward each other. Then add one more tee connecting them. Point the outlet of the tee down and then plumb this to your wet/dry. You can add unions between them for later service and cleaning. The distance between the overflows does not matter, so you can either have them together or in opposite ends of the tank (looks much better). Also it will not matter that you have to plumb upwards because the water flowing down will push the water up and into your wet/dry.

er, uhh, lol if the tubes are off by half an inch, is that okay? I redid what I could, now I just need 1 90, and I'm going to go ahead and pick up what I need to actually attach it to the wet dry

it is ok if the outside loop is higher than the inside loop, but not the other way.

wait, I stand corrected...sort of. to be more specific, the tee needs to be higher than the top of the horizontal pipe making the inside loop. (sorry to make it sound confusing) You might be ok. Test it in a bucket to see if it restarts. When it stops draining, add more water to the bucket to see if it drains more water without your help.
