cool I hope you get some shop time. we're waiting for the pics. that car looks like fun. I have a 383 stroker in an S-10 pickup its scary I'm not pushing 500HP but likely around 400HP. its alot of fun but the neighbors get pissed when I fire it up at 3am after a night out and showing it off. its like yours though its all muscle no show yet. almost ready to get it painted just a few more minor details to finish but all I have left costs $$$ and its in short supply. thanks for sharing the pics of the car they are 2 of my 3 passions cars, fish, snowmobiles good luck tonight

Got the glass cut just now at the waterjet place. Game on!

GF gets back from calgary with the camera this evening too, so I can take pictures. I'll probably have to spend time with her though cuz she's been gone for 3 days.
It's been evening for an hour and 27 minutes...whats going on?

Lol, I told you we had to watch some reality family TV... she passed out now... so here are the pics

Walter saying "WTF man, is my new house ready or what?"

Broken glass carnage:

The cut edges left from the waterjet machine:

Short window mocked up:

That's all I had time for. I gotta trim down the frame the window sits in a little bit. One of the areas I was doing fiberglassing in coincides with where the window has to sit so I need to sand it down a bit.

looks good are you gonna set this up with your fish in it before you move or get it up there and set it up so its ready for them when they get there?
Don't know for sure. The whole move is a bit up in the air as it is anyways. I think if the move is a go, I will set this tank up, complete with occupants in my garage, so I can sell off my smaller tanks before the move, and then use a 300g rubbermaid as the temp setup when/if the move happens.

OK, well, I was sanding, test fitting, re-sanding the frame, when this sliver of glass flaked off:

So... by the second amazing stroke of luck, the sliver flaking off allowed the glass to fit. So we're 2/2 for lucky breaks... watch now I'm set up for disaster, when I fill it up that pane will break or something. FFS.

Anyways, here are the installed pics.

And through the bulkhead hole:
