Nope not kidding, but I was asking for names of bodies of water that have good fishing. As I will start being in the area more often now since some friends are starting a business and other stuff is starting up in the area for me.
But it's a spur of the moment thing in most cases. I was just there on Saturday afternoon and left there on Sunday evening. And I was supposed to be there this morning coming but, do to the mother of all snow storms predicted to hit the Tri-State area I won't be going until next week I guess. Unless I have too go via Metro North.
I just interested in a place or two that I may do an 30 minutes to an hours worth of fishing if I can get away. It's not like I have the gear I have in Florida, in Jersey. I think I have one BS rod and reel in someone garage somewhere, not even sure if I have a lure there anymore. Plus I'd have to renew my Jersey License again too.

Rosedale is the best shore spot in this area!
Mountain lake is also great cause it doesnt get fished much!
The D&R canel is wonderful just to go out and catch almost any freshwater fish but they wont be that big. Ill get lucky sometime and catch a 3lb+ but not often. The CP's get pretty big tho.
Just let me know I could meet up with you and show you around cause im not working at the moment. Far as quick 30 minutes stops the D&R canal is ur best bet!!

On the topic of good fishing spots, this spring I'll be trying out different places around San Luis Obispo and if anybody has any good suggestions feel free to tell me
