no not really

I got out today for a little while started slow got the first little one 8-9 incher on the rapala. After that the next one was a little chunky 14-15 incher on the rapala again. I moved to the deep end of the pond and picked up a fat pre spawn female close to 2.5 pounds. After that i caught two more 15 inchers on a tampered with chatter bait that I altered myself.

Total keeper Large mouth bass this year: 5
Total Large mouth bass: 7

Now wherever your fishing is where I wanna be fishing. Dam that is one beautiful Snakehead, I would love to be able to catch a few of those beasts. I would give some serious thought to setting up a monster tank for those Bad Azz fish. Those where some fine looking Bass too.

The weirdest thing has been happening to me recently. Every time I go out I fire at least one lure into the middle of the lake. Pull back for a big cast and just catapult some new sweet lure right off the line. 3 times in the last 2 trips now. Is it this new braided line i'm using, or am I just doing something wrong? I'm tying knots the same as ever, maybe just bad luck. By the way nice fish everyone, it's good to see some contrast from my personal fishing blooper reel. Sorry about the questions too, im still a novice and id like to catch up to you guys. Also, check for ticks, one tried to eat my ball the other day.
