Flowerhorn grading and types.

Wow. Thanks bro. Appreciate the comment. ?
Lol np always happy to help. Btw if ya want to improve his pearling I would recommend foods that contain lots of spirulina in it. As for KOK size I recommend using a mirror for 15-20mins a day after feeding, don't use it before feeding or during as this will only take his attention away from the food and causes stress. If ya use it after feeding then he's already ate and doesn't feel like a rival male is moving in to steal his food, now it's more of a territorial display with him actively trying to chase off the "invader". Taking the mirror away after a bit signals to him that he was successful in chasing off his opponent and tends to give then a sort of confidence boost. The same can also be done using a pic or video of another FH but I find it easier to just lean a mirror on the side of the tank rather then handing my phone by it. Some ppl even use blood parrots for the FH to beat up but I find this just cruel to use another fish strictly as a punching bag.

Wow thanks for the tips bro. Bro, can you grade this FH? Is it SRD or SRM?

I'd say it's a SRD and a very good looking one too. If I graded this guy here I'd give it a A+ grade due to the very vibrant red coloration and the very nice pearling/finnage. Only parts were he loses out on is that his flowerline has got a very slight upwards curve to it and that his color doesnt wrap completely around his face (just has the one bald spot). He is honestly still a stunner of a fish and something to be very proud of. You planning on going to a competition?

I see. Yeah, I also like the full pearls. This fish is not mine. I just want to compare it with mine previously. Haha. What is gred S means bro? Erm, it's hard to enter a competition here at my place. Lol.

That’s a nice pearly SRD. A nicer fish than the last. If Magnus_Bane Magnus_Bane rated the last A- this one would surely be A+ or even S.
Yeah bro. This one is not mine. This one is already like 5 to 6 inch. Mine is previous one. I hope can achieve the result like this. Haha
