Since the pleco tank is up and running I got hold of some frozen blood worm to feed the L260, 40 cubes for $1. Tried it in the other tanks and what a reaction, the discus go wild for it and and the moonlights in the gg tanks go wild for it until Mr grumpy comes and swallows the cube, WHOLE:WHOA:

Think they go nutz for that stuff try feeding them live blood worms, glass worms & even some black worms, at the very least some dirty, smelly tubiflex worms would be nice.

Huh, I don't think that any of the fore mentioned worms require a shovel to find.

Ok people you asked for this, you wanted more pics of my RTGG's well here we go. Just keep in mind that this camera suckz and basically it's a PHS Digital Camera, and while I was able to mess with it a bit, it ain't great yet but hell knowones paying me to make them perfect either.:irked:

Here's the paired up couple:
Foreground female approx 8~9 inches & about 1.75 inches thick, Male behind her Approx 13~15 inches total length & about 2.5+ inches thick.

And again: (Lou take note of jaw & head in both fish)

And both RTGG's paired up: Again take note of mouth & head area on all fish. Left to right: Male, Female, Male, Female. Notice the shortfin male 1 has the same head and jaw as male 2, so there is no need to look at the dorsel fin as male 1 dorsel fin isn't there.

Yeah, yeah I know you asked for a full tank shot so you could see all the RTGG's at once. You have know idea how hard that is since only one RTGG is a photo hog the rest hate having there pics taken. For they know first pics then ads then sale then bye bye.:D

Had to do a water change to make getting pics of them in a group easier.

Dominate male from the left side:

And a right side shot, this guy's a ham:

Sheesh another person that lives somewhere in the outter limits of no mans land. Dude how many FT (Feet) of the stuff you need? Or do you just want like a 6" inch piece I'll just drop the dam thing in the mail for you. So that you may experience the same true beauty in your aquarium as the rest of us.

Thank you for the offer, my friend :) But don't worry about it :) I'll stick with the gray pipes. ;)

Finished installing them today... everything works except that one of the intakes seem to be sucking air... that makes my canister make some weird noise and spray micro-bubbles into the the tank every now and then... very annoying... I guess some silicon should fix things up...

Brother Tequila, your fish are awesome! :) Thank you so much for sharing! :)

And, yes, now I can easily see the difference between male and female. :)

Please remind me of your tank specifications again please. ;)

It's punishment for settling for second best grey, instead of going for black tubing

My tank is 72Lx20Wx30H and sits atop a 40H inch custom real wood stand, that I didn't make. Had I made the stand I would have only made it 30H inches. Plus the custom canopy sits another 6H inches off the top of the aquarium. So whenever I do stuff in the tank I have to stand on a step latter. And it would seem that I finally blow a blub yesterday after shooting those pics so I now need to get a second person a remove the top and change the VHO bulb(s) that this thing uses.

The tank runs off a UG filter that I built that cost $10 to make and works at least 1000% better than commerically sold ones. The UG run through 3 holes drilled in the tanks bottom, through a Ocean Clear Canister that is powered by a 50Watt, 1017gph Quite One #4000 wet/dry pump. The UG plate sits 3/4 inch off the tank bottom and has 300lbs of 1/4 inch gravel sitting atop it. Presently and for the past 2yrs I haven't used any medium in the canister aside from about 7 plastic bio balls. I do water change every 10 +/- days ranging from 50~80 gallons per change.

I do hope that this was enough information and specification, please don't ask about water chemistry as I would then after to dig for the only 2 test kits I own. And then I would have to remember how to use them. :screwy::irked:
