Scary but doable, ring a vet and ask the question. I am not a vet so therefore can't recommend suitable drugs and dosage to move the fish but with any large fish it's probably the best way unless the new tank is huge

Sorry to say but yes it would be P/U only, in NYC. I just can't imagine the trouble involved with shipping fish. Though I do know the trouble involved with shipping reptiles and to say the least it aint fun.

Most of us use RTGG (Red Tail Gaint Gourami), or at least 'laticlavius'.

So I'm guessing that the RTGG we see in the LFS's with dark fins, are female?
