Nice fat girl (like mine) :) Haven't tried tomatoes - do they mess with the water?
Hi fwprawn I really struggle with food that the GGs don't mess the water with I just seem to feed her what she likes and do 50% water changes weekly! Having a 200 gal sump helps but I find the media clogs up every couple of weeks or so and I change the wool when that happens. Thanks for your comments.
Kind Regards Mick

Yup - the spots are just coloration / pigment.

I love being able to just throw everything into the tank - knowing she will eat it. I haven't found ANYTHING, literally she won't eat. You?

Hello guys, i have a RTGG and i need some help... He seems to have a white like fungi/cotton wool coming from under a few scales? i have been checking parameters daily and all been fine. hes housed in a 5x2x2 with a 3 foot sump. i have treated the tank with a fungi treatment and some aquarium salt but this doesnt really seemed to have helped. im at work at so will get a pic up later

Sounds like poor water conditions. That's literally the only reason you would find fungus.

Do you change your water regularly?
