Drew up my own holder, with the dimensions of the port. Added two screws to keep it snug.

Got a new 225 acrylic tank, have some questions

Nicely done. An alternative is to plumb the fx6 intake and output right into the tank wall if you feel like drilling a couple of 1" holes. I like what you did though. Less obtrusive.
Will add the big guy in his new home next week and then fill up the rest with some older tank water.

More or less the same size. They grow super slow in the aquarium, even more so at these sizes. I got him in late 2018.
@wednesday13 with some extra lighting on the tank I'm noticing this in one corner. (Bottom right corner of left panel) The rest don't show this. Does this look milky?
