How Long Has Your Equipment Lasted?

I have an AquaClear 200 (now called the 50) for 18+ years and a 10g tank I got from a Pet Store that I worked at went under. It was in the store for a few years before that...so I would say 20 years or so. Still going strong.

oldest equipment i have is a penguin 350 and it has been running strong for 5 years and is still quiet as the day i bout it

the penguin 350 iv been using the same one for 5 yrs i just break it down once a month for a deep cleaning i clean the pads every other day i have canister filters but the penguins seem to oxegenate the water the best

I have lots of old fish related equipment. Some of the stuff is over 30 years old. Fish tanks (with slate bottoms), heaters, lights (Metaframe), filters (like old Dynaflos, Supreme AquaKing), Lustar plastic breeding traps. etc. . Some of the stuff I still use. Other stuff just sits in boxes. Longest running filter is an old AquaClear 200 (amber in color), been running continuously for over 25 years and still going. Metaframe light with incandescent sockets from the 60's still working. A lot of the stuff they make nowadays is junk. They don't make em like that anymore.
