How Long Has Your Equipment Lasted?

Bought an Aquaclear 110, 2 years ago. It finally kicked the dust. During that time i went through 6 impellers and 18 impeller shafts. {This is with the intake strainer 6 inches below the surface. Most expensive filter I have ever owned.

My emperor 400 bought at the same time has needed nothing but media.

Rena xp3 has been going since 2008 been through 3 moves and some rough handling never once gave me trouble. Actually just ordered 2 more.

CFS 500 is has never given me any trouble in two years either

Holy crap! 6 impellers and 18 shafts?! I've had 2 AC110s for well over 3 years without a single replacement yet on either.

Another vote for Aqua Clear Filters. I have 2 AC500's, an AC300 and an AC100. All are over 10 years old and are still running great. They are like Timex watches, they take a licking and keep on ticking.

Aqua clear, I'm also using a second nature 4000 right now on my African Butterfly Fish setup, can't really remember the exact year in the 80's when I purchased it. ;)

I forgot wat brand, but one of my old heaters was used for my dads guppy tank when he was a kid, I used it again, it wasn't constantly in use however lasted bout 35 years

I have bought all my electrical equipment brand new.
I have a jager 300 watt heater that is still going strong 7 years on.
I have never had a canister or sump pump break yet.
