adding another O can go either way. it could work out great with proper feeding and water changes, or you could have scales flying around the tank 24/7. if you really want to add another fish or two, go with something smaller than the O, like convicts or maybe even a firemouth, depending on how mean your oscar is.
otherwise, i would get a ton of ghost shrimp from your LFS if they sell them cheap enough, and throw them in the tank. i used to toss 100 ghosts in every week for awhile, and the fish would be chasing them down for 3-4 days on end.
