When will they realize that local governments are far better equipped to deal with issues that affect all localities differently? Far reaching generalized legislation only does more harm than good. And what's with "approved lists"......talk about facism.

I'd be somewhat surprised if this passes, crippling a multi-billion dollar industry in the midst of a recession seems rather foolish...
So, is HR669 banning ALL nonative animals or is it allowing the introduction of harmful animals?
