Cool, its amazing how the Pacu , which is generally more of a herbivore, have those kind of teeth for eating fruits and vegetables lol.

the jaw structure is noticeable at any age, as is the forehead slope.

The pacus get so large I have seen people feed them dog food as pellets

Some of the stores I've been to are ridiculous, trying to sell Pacu's as red belly piranhas and visa versa.

its alright saying piranhas are better than pacu, but the mess and faeces they leave behind is unbelievable. Very messy eaters, which means the tank has to be cleaned alot more often than the pacu tanks:(
