Notropis cummingsae (Dusky shiner) is going to be my guess..I'm not sure of many others with that distinctive stripe through the tail.

Ironcolor (N. chalybaeus) would be the only other fish and this would be with some notable locational variation to the above fish...

Ironcolor is a good guess, but not it. It's from the middle Brazos River in Texas. This one's been in a tank for a while and has gotten FAT.
