The beauty of custom tunes is fueling was adjustable on the fly, daily driving id detune to 400-500hp and smoke free, believe it or not the truck ran virtually smokeless for normal driving. Track was different story the extra fuel is needed to spool turbo off the line. And hey I offset My carbon by owing a prius after this one 😁😉

Don't tell me, let me guess. You "tuned" your Prius up to about 1400bhp, lol.

I tried to do what I could to make it faster 😅
I put a slightly smaller tire on and it, which did make it launch like a rocket. I did lose a few mpg tho due to the effects at freeway speeds. I expected that tho

I've heard of petrol heads but you, somehow, seem to take it to a new level, lol.

Given my choice i wasn't my 95 s10 4.3 5 speed back that i had to give up to fit car seats. Basically the predecessor to the Colorado you mentioned for our overseas friends.

I’m absolutely flabbergasted at the number of Audis mentioned here..
someone is going to need to explain to me the appeal of this brand.
I’ve driven everything in the lineup that the model name starts with Q, A or S- just none of the R’s I would describe them as underwhelming and whatever the opposite of ergonomic is.

Whenever someone I know buys one I assume they didn’t test drive anything else- certainly not the comparable BMW.
What’s the appeal of paying a premium price for a Volkswagen w/some extra bells and whistles.

Lol I was wondering the same thing. But I haven't driven any Audi. I've just never heard someone pick an Audi if sky's the limit. I'm definitely a classic car guy and would love the ability to do a classic any way I'd like. Just buying one doesn't appeal to me.

I agree wholeheartedly. A couple of years ago I had an Audi S3. I had read beforehand that it's "rival" in class was the Volkswagen Golf R. The golf was cheaper, and the guys from "Top Gear", the motoring show, had basically said that the golf was wayyyy better driving too. So why didn't I opt for the golf R!

Simple.....my own personal taste and preference.

We all have different tastes. I just love the shape and styling of the Audi hatchback, I always have. Don't get me wrong I'm not a fan of them all, I think the "Q" series are ugly as sin, and I have no love for the sedan models too.

For the record, I have never driven a BMW in all my life, nor a Mercedes. Both these models have always been competitors of Audi. For all I know both of them might be way better that the Audi, but I don't really care.

If I got rid of my Ford Ranger tomorrow, and opted for another car, there is a strong likelihood that I would end up with another Audi hatchback.
