Lets see what's in your stand! mechanical photo's

Seriously.... BUMP GUYS ! Any more setups out there ?

Here's my 450:
Pic 2 is my drain system, it maintains the level of water in my sump.
Pic 3 is one of my 55 gallon sumps, you can see I connected both sumps with a 1" line. That line continues on to the drain out to my yard.
Also note the acoustic foam that keeps my wife quiet because she can't hear the "waterfall" from the overflows anymore :headbang2

When you have it run out to your yard, do you just have it empty, or do you have it hooked up to a drip line.

I'm trying to figure out if its possible to run my drain to my drip line that waters all my plants in my yard. I'd save some money by not having to run my sprinkler system every morning this way, but I'm not sure if there'd be enough pressure to move all around the yard.

Yeah, you wont have enough pressure to push it through your drip system. I ran my drain out to some bushes and a few trees. I had to run the line a long way, under a sidewalk, to get the water to that location but it's worth it to re-use the water. Ya want to stop by and check it out your welcome, drop me a PM and I'll send ya directions.

OMG that is so cool......

Any info on that? Is it a 55 gallon sump? What size it the main tank your filtering?
Can you explain the copper line above the tank? Is that for water changes?, continuous drip? It looks like you have a Quiet One return pump, nice set up!

We went and looked at a couple of new houses today,so hopefully I will be using these soon, but for now they are still in the boxes :(

Awesome ! I love the 2260 series especially the 2262. Insane capacity and awesome flow for an Eheim (Comparable to the FX5 but tons more media)

The 2180 is an excellent filter as well. If your interested HarleyK has an article about how to improve the mechanical filtration on the 2180 he said it helped a great deal.

I am gonna PM some folks that haven't posted to get some more setups
