I have been keeping dwarf species for so long that it is really hard to keep anything larger. I agree with you, it is difficult to make large fish look like they are in a environment versus in a tank. The only way they blend is when the tank has LARGE hardscape IMO.

Yes I agree.
Scale is one thing often out of sink in display tanks.
I know you and I are on the same page when it comes to this.
