  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
We'll,I'm not going to go into all of that because as much as I like their product I'm not a UFC fanboy....I like to watch good fights and as long as a company can provide that I'll watch it,and no,I don't do pay per view.

seriously. does anyone care or talk about the NBA D-League? MLBs Triple A teams? CFL?

I want to see the best of the best compete. not guys that cant make the big leagues. and im certainly not going to pay for it if I do.

What if theyve been in the big league? Its way different then other sports developmental league. Its not like UFC runs bellator and says train up so you can join us lol

Its more like wwe vs tna or premier league soccer vs mls or arena football vs nfl.

BEEN being the keyword there. they are not good enough to compete at the highest level anymore so they turn to a lower level such as bellator. just as professional football players join the Canadian football league when they cannot sign with any NFL team.

no the UFC doesn't use bellator in that way. but if are good enough in pride or any other league the UFC will snatch them up and offer them more $$$

Pride no longer exists,UFC bought and dissolved it along with Strikeforce and a few other organizations. They may buy out Bellator someday but for now its good for the sport to have more than one promotion...Bellator is a relatively young company just as UFC once was.

there's a lot of fighters in bellator that would beat and have beaten ufc fighters. sure ufc is the biggest stage in the mma world, but that doesn't mean all their fighters are the best in the world. they have like over 400 fighters on their roster. only a very small percentage can be called the best in the world. there are probably at least a few dozen that can get cut today and probably fail in the smaller orgs. they do have the elite of the elite but at the same time, they have so many lower level fighters that they have to shove weak cards down our throats too.

but who the hell cares? I'm with krich, why crap on the smaller orgs if you're an mma fan? the fact that there are orgs like wsof and bellator is good for the sport we enjoy.

anyways, king mo was crying afterwards but it wasn't as one sided like he thought. he didn't do anything to rampage except take him down. once down there he didn't do any damage. and he sure as hell wanted nothing to do with striking with rampage. I gave rampage the nod as well but it couldn't gone either way.

now the chandler/brooks fight was a robbery. it was back and forth and close with the two guys taking 2 rounds a piece but I thought chandler clearly won the 5th round took the fight.

Sumo what do you think of UFC reject Tito Ortiz' first round choking out someone he was heavily favored to lose to?

Clearly they are not all great in the ufc. Let me restate it. The champions and champion contenders of ufc are the best of the best.
