anyways, I just saw the countdown and i'm pretty stoked. I like both Weidman and Machida. although I think Machida matches up very well against chris, I still give Weidman a very slight advantage. but this style matchup could be bad for chris. phil davis kind of laid out the blue print to beat Machida but I don't think chris will try to do what phil did. he's got a more aggressive style which could work for him or against him. Machida has done well against wrestlers who are aggressive. anything can happen in this fight. it's hard to call. i'm just leaning slightly toward the champ.
anyways, it's hard not to predict ronda will get the armbar. she's the best judoka in the women's division, hands down. alexis davis is also a black belt in bjj so we'll see. they're gonna stand and bang a lot but at some point you know this fight will end up on the ground and it'll be interesting to see how that turns out. davis is definitely the underdog
