I just don't see how streaming is different from stealing. You have kids sumo. If they asked how would you justify it? Its OK daddy doesn't wanna cough up the $50 so he is watching for free on the internet. Most retail items aren't worth their MSRP yet people still have to pay for them, why is this any different? PS I like how you conveniently skipped the last part of my comment.
 
well, you were claiming streaming is the cause of watered down events.

I just argued against that.

but about the streaming being stealing, that's another topic. but sure, I agree with you. I didn't say anything otherwise or contrary to that. what's your point though?

do you explain to your kid why you are speeding on the highway or didn't make a complete stop at the stop sign? it's ok, daddy doesn't feel like abiding by the laws right now.

My wife is head probation officer here so the whole everyone breaks the law thing isn't going anywhere. I'm not allowed to speed or not stop completely. My wife is very scary! I find it funny how you compare streaming to traffic violations.

Why does everyone take this angle when they get called out on this subject? No one man's up and admits to being cheap and lazy. I would never consider myself a true fan if I was doing something detrimental to the sport.

didn't I just agree with you that streaming is stealing?

i was comparing streaming to traffic violations to make a point. but never mind that. you're changing the subject to deflect attention from your flawed original claim which was that streaming is the cause for watered down events. although i'm sure it has some affect i don't think it is the cause of watered down events. there are other major culprits to blame for that

anyways, yea i'm not perfect. are you? if you never break the law or do anything immoral then ok, i'll take your word for it. otherwise, you can get off your high horse and let's talk more mma
 
I stand by my comment. But different strokes I guess.

Moving on...
I hate to see Sonnen go. I just fully embraced his the in the UFC. I finally understood his role. But at the same time I get why they did what they did. I am so torn on the Machida fight. I love watching the Karate style prevail but that isn't the best style for maintaining a championship. I do miss belts bouncing around every 2-3 fights though.
 
i hate to see him go too. on one hand i love his commentating and he's got the personality to do it. i loved that he was able to switch from commentating to trash talking while commentating.

on the other hand what he did is against the rules and he has no one to blame but himself. you can't blame fox or the ufc to let him go.
