You are entitled to your opinion. I've seen some boring guy fights, but I have yet to see an exciting girl fight. I'm really just not interested in watching girls get beat up, in the rare instance that one of these girls can do damage.
I don't really dig these buff broads and Tates' face is busted.

I agree that their talent pool is shallow, but MMA needs WMMA like the NBA need the WNBA.

anyways, I feel that Anderson didn't take the fight serious. he's been getting away with dropping his hands, getting into his opponents' heads for a long time and, at 38, it shows you can only do that so long.

I feel like he was gaining momentum and taking control of the fight, it looked like Weidman had a major adrenaline dump because he looked more tired that soon into the fight. he also looked more ripped than usual which told me he was either dehydrated or overtrained which can affect your gas tank. but props for him to keep his composure and execute when Anderson purposely left openings

I started to feel like chris wasn't on Anderson's level and if Anderson had just been serious and not clown around he could've taken that fight. but that is what he gets for clowning around. I agree with dana, every one says chris didn't let Anderson play with his head but he was definitely getting to chris' head. but the difference between chris and the other guys that fought Anderson, he's able to execute and capitalize on an opening. props to the new champ

these young people who train mma from the get go are referred to as "new breeds." there are already tons of these new breeds currently active but some are successful at the highest level and some are not.

it depends on the athlete. in a lot of ways it's better for someone to have a strong background in one martial arts, then transition to mixed martial arts and learn other aspects of mma to keep the fight where they have the advantage. and someone who trains in mixed martial arts right away can be good at everything but end up not being great at anything.

but it all depends on the individual. talent, determination and dedication,.........all ingredients to be a good fighter no matter what their background

You go tell rousey that, I didn't say it. I personally see a bunch of girls who are good strikers or good brawlers. Very few well rounded talents. Therefor I think she's onto something. Right now she's like gracy at the beginning of UFC. Just cleaning house

bob arum just handed her the only golden ticket because he knows her presence will sell the may/pac fight. mma will slowly take over football.

the vast majority really tuned in to the superbowl in hopes to see a may/pac fight announcement. guarantee next superbowl will have less viewers.

I'm too lazy to dig the thread on my phone but I said I was just in Vegas and fights sold out and he said MMA is dead, bellator sucks, blah blah.

I'd like to see that,Sumo is one of,if not the biggest mma fan on here.If he posted that he had to have been trolling.
