Like a BOSS.

Because Brick moved so much stuff around, fights broke out all over the tank for new territory spots. The worst offenders were the hrps who went into WWE mode, fighting with the syno, the acara, and each other. So the tank was disrupted for over a day. During their squabbling they managed to clip the oscar a couple of times. The parrot was the only fish unaffected. Rainbow Salt has a scale missing from one side.

By yesterday evening it was a different story. In Brick's tank, THERE WILL BE ORDER OR ELSE. He has now blocked sections of the tank again, keeping the hrps in certain areas and away from his pit. He hovers and watches at their access points daring any of them to go through. Hive queen Pip stays in her area most of the time so she wasn't affected.

The parrot goes with the flow and isn't part of the drama at all. Boss is the ultimate chill pill with fins. He fights when he needs to and removes himself from wild activity going about his buisness.

Man boss sounds like my parrot cichlid. There’s chaos going on in my cichlid tank as well but my parrot seems unaffected.

THE KING.

Game of Thrones, bed of Stones. Behind Brick there are 3 logs and a branch cave, the south side hrp apartment complex. You see Boss's snout poking out of his own log next to Brick, lol. The hrps are allowed out to eat. They have to go to the north side of the tank to play. This is all the oscar's aquascape, I had nothing to do with it. He's surrounded by rocks. He still has his pit along the back wall but the acara, rainbow and hrps hang out there when Brick uses his new spot.

It's HRP madness time! We start with hive Queen Pip. Mother of monstrous sons and wild daughters. Grandmother to a cloud of half grown fry in the 125! A chunky 4 inches at last measurement.

And now...HULK! He has a strong bond with Pip, just as Scooter has a strong Bond with Mongo in the 125. His size is ridiculous.

Hulk wants acara Jazz gone from his area. She took her sweet time to leave.

Hulk is never far from Pip's side. He's like a bodyguard but she doesn't need one. She's kind of protective here while Hulk eats.

Here's Tank, another huge son of Pip. He's more streamlined than Hulk. More silver in color with broken banding.

This is Bumper, another son. He's mid sized with great color. Very fiery but stays pretty secluded.
