I lost five 1.5" electric blue dempseys to my newly-bought 3" redtail over the course of a week. There were so many places to hide in the tank, and the size differential was so small, I couldn't believe the redtail was eating them. Finally, after a few days went by and I didn't see any sign of the dempseys, I took everything out of the tank, and found just the cat!

My 12" rtc ate my jardini ar 12", i saw him trying to swallow it, also tried to eat my
13" bichir, but i saw him red handed, he also ate my 7" pbass.
