Alright i'm back at it... some more pics for you guys. i sealed the plexiglass, and sealed the bulkheads. i've also added the composite fence pieces for the center support. i'm gunna wait a week then water test it!!!

Which sealant did you choose?

And what glue did you use to fix the liner to its self?

Epoxy paint rather than a pond liner would of gave a cleaner look and made bulkheads a bit easier to install. But for the price, if it doesn't leak, it is a good idea.
 
Looking good mate. get some practice doing this one cos you will need to do another bigger one for that hybrid :headbang2

i used GE Silicone II Clear waterproof caulk. and i didnt use any glue, i just layed it out flat. that way if the pond liner fails, i'll just take it out and get some Epoxy sealer.

i looked into different Epoxy paints, and i already had the liner. the bulk head will be hiddin by the strainer, so i wasn't to worried about the looks. and they went in pretty easy.:)

that was the plan. i could have found a tank of craigs list, but i wanted to get some practice. i plan on building a 600-800 Gallon tank some day...:naughty:
