Thanks for the comments, and yeah, not planning on getting discouraged, just going to wait till the filters mature a bit more and see what happens, although i may also look into getting some male RCS to mate with the remaining females...
Funny thing is this morning i discovered a 3rd shrimp, although it didn't make it after i did a small water change... so i'm guessing theres something in my water they don't agree with possibly?

Also, a quick update, it seems some of the baby shrimp have made it, as i saw the first signs of tiny movement in the tank today... so keeping my fingers crossed the fish don't pick them all off before getting big enough...

Yeah, i mean in all honesty, it could have been a lot of things from bad batch of shrimp, water from tap etc... so will just have to see what happens with the new fry whether they grow up or not...Spiritofthesoul;5053708; said:

I have a 18''x12"x12" just sitting around. I might try this myself Im thinking of getting rid of my fish in my 40''x16''x18'' and starting again. Would you recommend doing this with my 40"?
