can't wait for pics. Did you get any pics of where you went over your glass with the pond coat?
The first failed attempt at sealing the tank I took pictures of, I didn't take any pictures of the second sealing which actually worked. If there is anyone that doesn't understandwhat I did or need further explanation I will draw something upto make it clear. The pond coat never does come in contact with the glass.

Did the pc/lr dry at the same rate when applied on the resin as it did the plywood? Do u think the bond between the resin and pc/lr is strong? Did u try to peel some off like when u put it over silacon and glass?

Yes, I'd say the PC/LR dryed at the same rate whether you are applying it on wood on the fiberglass resin. I tested the PC/LR on the resin before using it and the pond seemed very strong. As far as PC/LR on silicone it doesn't even cure much less bond. And the PC/LR stuck to glass until it was submerged in water. Then the bond is 100 lost and you can wipe the LR/PC off the glass without a trace left behind.

Tank is al filled, driftwood and sand are in along with 24 godfish. Sump is up and running and very quiet. Overflows (2-1.5") will just barey handle 1 of the 2 1500gph pumps. I had to re-plumb the second pump so it recirculates water within the sump. The screen over the bulkheads also restricted flow to the point where I had to drill out the holes in the screen so they were a little bigger. I did manage to get the liquid rubber stain out of the carpet by using mineral spirits. Here are a couple pictures, the first is a picture of the glass seal on the inside of the tank, then the tank itself.
