I have had a couple of buckets of Zavlar sitting in my office for a few months now. I ordered my glass the other day, and I should be able to pick it up this week. This is one of the threads that keep inspiring me to build a big tank.
Nice to hear, if you have any questions along the way feel free to ask. Oh, and dont let that Zavlar freeze, if it freezes, it's trash.bubbles123;4902334; said:I have had a couple of buckets of Zavlar sitting in my office for a few months now. Thanks That's why its sitting in my office. My wife looks at it and thinks I'm nuts for keeping it in there. Do you know if it looks any different if it froze at some point? I'm concerned because the local store may not know that it can't freeze and store it in an unheated area.BadOleRoss;4903746; said:Nice to hear, if you have any questions along the way feel free to ask. Yes, I have sold the tank but it has not been picked up yet. It is still set up and going strong.Mc.arowana18;4911141; said:did you sell this tank i saw something just like this for sale somewhere?
Making room for another build?BadOleRoss;4913800; said:Yes, I have sold the tank but it has not been picked up yet. It is still set up and going strong.
No, we have decided to remodel the lower floor of the house where the tank is to get it (the house) ready to sell in the next 2-3 years so the tank has to go. Hard to replace carpet under a 3000# tank.bubbles123;4916428; said:Making room for another build?
