It could be worms or it might just be a normal ridge that shows really light colored on yours.

Ridge is is same area but mine shows dark.

Thanks @DMD123! I think that’s it coz in another photo it looks like it has something similar on the other side... I usually look at their heads very closely. Will def check when I get home.

Look at the picture next to the Nigerian and the picture under it two different pictures you can see the worms it has nothing to do with lights I don't have time to copy paste appointment but I would just inspect your fish just trying to help you out

LOL I got you bro. Will definitely check tonight! Heck even if they don't look like them I might just bomb the whole tank with Para guard FWIW just to be sure.
 
Yea i had to treat not long ago because of them happens with wc sometimes you don' see them for a long time.
