Thanks Duke. I just bought another tank with a metal stand so I may build another skin and change it up a whole bunch. Try some new trim and doors and whatnot.

That won't be for a while though.

it looks really good but i cant believe you painted black over birch plywood the stuff looks amazing when treated with stain.

LOL....I thought alot about staining it. But Black looks way better in the room I put the tank in.

I have another metal stand tank I just got and when I build a stand for that I think i'm going to stain it.

Any suggestions on stains?
