I really gotta do something about this lighting - ceiling mounted lights are not great for actually seeing in the tank from my "seating". Vlad clearly doesn't care
Caught the big guy in the 6" diameter tube. He's rarely in there. Didn't even know he could fit. You can also see the eclipse in the 4" tube and other gibby in the back.
It was also fish moving day. The royal, achara, and 2 bigger gar were all moved to the 600. That leaves the 300 tall now empty and ready to convert to saltwater. Or goldfish.
Someone (that big raphael) ate all the shrimp last night. Belly so round he can't sit flat.
Also caught the achara with his whiskers in full extension, I assume sniffing for food. Really shows just how big they are! He's 20" and his whiskers were almost touching front to back of the tank which is 48"
