Wow that is simply amazing. Amazing. The entire time I have been reading this thread I have been thinking of ideas of where to put my own fish house.

First I have got to say, thats got to be one of the coolest home improvements I have ever seen haha. Seriously badass. If you managed to solar heat that and use windpower for anyting else that would be rediculous. Amazing.

Second, I beleive it is quite simple to use a wind generator to power a car battery. It essentially acts as a trickle charger for a car battery. If you managed to find everything you want to use in a 12 volt application it would work pretty simply and efficently. To move some water you could use a 12volt boat bildge pump. They are not too expensive. You could pipe the water out and over a waterfall type thing to airate. The bildge would run off a 12 volt battery that would be hooked up to a windmill. If something you are interested I could ask my dad about it, he has made one before. We power a cabin on an island with a system just like this. Battery runs a few light etc. Pretty slick, all done with a homemade windmill. I am sure you could find someway to do a couple things with essentially free power from a windmill. You could light it, heat it, recirculate the water, airate etc.

Again, love your setup, very impressed!

That's is one of the objectives of this thread.

Showing what i'm doing, inspyring someone to do things like that and better than that, revealing my mistakes and learning with you all are my main objectives.

Thank you to all.

Thank you.

I'm still studying all the opinions and i don't know yet what is going to be my final decision. I continue to search and to talk to friends that have done something in this areas to learn more and more.

All contributions are needed and helpful to take the better decision.

Thank you.

All the best of luck in the future, maybe I will visit you when I am there on holidays hehe I always spend sometime in "Margem Sul - Caparica".
What do you do with the fry/breeds fish? Do you sell them to fishstores?

All the ideas are great and doing all DIY by solar and wind power is a great idea!

Estas de parabens :)
