Yea, N.crawlers are cheap and are a good source to bulk them up. My columbian flowers are picky eaters. My male decided he would be the first one to actually consume a n crawler and not just swim over it. The male and female would juice the small pieces of n crawler but not eat fully. Now, both of them are now taking and completely eating n crawlers, yea! (took them a month to come around, hehe. But,then I've only had them for alittle over a month)

Harder with flowers I presume ;) Motoros seem to be a lot less picky in what I hear and after watching them. They sure are hungry little buggers ...

Here is a feeding video. The male had just buried under the sand and wasn't sure if he wanted to move but eventually got hungry enough to, lol. Haven't seen the female eat any nightcrawlers yet but I'm hopeful it will be soon. Fed them a combo this morning.
Put extra in because there are some thieves in the tank that already got fed, lol.

The little girl showed a little curiosity towards the earthworms today, but she didn't take.
She does however let me put the end of the baster under her disc to get some blackworms. The male doesn't let me do this yet, then again he was sleeping and I had to wake him up for feeding ^_^ Hard to tell if he was awake or not.

Ordering my 300g tank next week. Pond build will start in about a year.

Nice pick up, will certainly grow fast as you look back at your photos from day one.
